Obligatory neglected blog post

I have neglected my blog.  It been a long, long time since I've written.  I have so many ideas and goals for this blog but have not had the time to post them.  Why?  Because I was studying for my anesthesia oral boards.  It's the last test I will have to take for the next 10 years.  Yes, 10 years!!!! Whew.  Thank God I passed.
